Join the Greencroft family as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) on our evening shift. We’re looking for a compassionate professional who shares our commitment to resident-focused care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Schedule
- Full-Time Evening Shift
- 72 hours per pay period
- Set schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM and Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff
- Assist with resident care and support services
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being
Requirements
- Current Indiana QMA certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Genuine passion for serving older adults
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
