QIDP Program Supervisor

We are seeking a QIDP Supervisor with experience supervising others and a proven track record in operational oversight to ensure quality programming, regulatory compliance, policy adherence, and staff training/mentoring.

About the role

As a QIDP Supervisor for our Community Residential Homes, you will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facilities. Your role ensures quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This position aligns with Devereux’s Philosophy of Care, established procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Center Leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted service providers to oversee the implementation of program plans and active treatment programs. These programs consist of necessary interventions and services to support the achievement of objectives identified in individual program plans. Additionally, you will consult with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of residential facilities to ensure quality services.
• Ensure services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals.
• Oversee implementation of program plans and active treatment programs.
• Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and service providers.
• Consult with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in human services.
• At least three (3) years of experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
• Complete eight days of new hire orientation class.
• Strong passion for working with and helping individuals with special needs.

Physical Requirements

• Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing.
• Some lifting and/or managing resistance required (upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more).
• Repetitive wrist/hand movements.
• Normal hearing and vision.
• Occasional use of computers and office equipment.
• Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes.
• Ability to achieve 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.

Schedule

This position follows an 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation.

Pay

New rate: $51,500 - $58,710 per year.
