About the role
The QIDP/Program Coordinator is responsible for whole-person clinical case management. They provide person-centered support and oversight in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized service plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The role leverages expertise in behavioral health, program coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals served.
Work may occur in home, office, classroom, group homes, or community settings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Services or related field; two years’ supervisory experience required.
- Supervisory experience is essential.
- One year of experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
