Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Participate in planning and implementing individualized care plans
• Support individuals in developing social skills and community integration
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passing background check and criminal history review

Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and best practices in care
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
