PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply quality assurance principles in a manufacturing environment to support compliance and prevention of defects
- Verify that in-process controls, inspections, and work instructions are followed correctly
- Perform verification checks using quality forms and checklist to confirm process capability and compliance
- Perform quality inspection such as dimensional with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, scales, etc.), & visual inspection as well as other qualification and validation tests such as DSC, tensile, and etc.
- Support identification, segregation, and documentation of nonconforming product in accordance with Quality procedures
- Ensure correct application and removal of API monogram per authorization and nonconformance status
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain required quality records
- Support corrective actions by identifying trends, recurring issues, or process gaps
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Comply with all NOV Company, HSE, and Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate’s degree preferred (Quality, Business, Engineering, or related field)
- Three years of verifiable work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Job Requirements
- Factory environment with wide temperature variation
- Standing, walking, bending, and stooping up to 12 hours daily
- Repetitive movement (shoveling, sweeping, fastening) up to 12 hours daily
- Lifting to 50 lbs. regularly
- Push/pull activities up to 12 hours daily
- Travel less than 10%

- Ability to learn and follow technical repair, assembly, and verification procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand drawings, instructions, and work procedures
