About the role

As a part-time Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving results while supporting the team. You will set the example by coaching associates and ensuring every customer enjoys a high-quality experience. In the absence of management, you will take charge to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and in-store guidance.
• Share observations and insights with the store manager to improve team performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures (payments, discounts, returns, loss prevention, etc.).
• Maintain an attractive store through meticulous visual merchandising.
• Support the manager in building a passionate team.
• Assist with daily operations, including replenishment and backroom tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of management experience in retail or the service sector.
• Strong interest in fashion.
• Natural leadership and a growth mindset.
• Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lb (≈16 kg).
