QC/QA Supervisor

About the role

The QA/QC Supervisor maintains corporate and franchise partner standards as well as environmental health and safety standards establishing operational procedures in collaboration with quality assurance manager. This role ensures that all work assessments and activities are in accordance with policies of the company, focusing on removing costs, continuous improvement, and removing inefficiencies. You will direct quality assurance employees in a Manufacturing facility ensuring that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate and franchise partner standards as well as environmental health and safety standards
• Establish operational procedures in collaboration with quality assurance manager
• Ensure all work assessments and activities are in accordance with company policies
• Focus on removing costs, continuous improvement, and removing inefficiencies
• Direct quality assurance employees in a Manufacturing facility
• Ensure all QA equipment is in excellent operating order
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of leadership experience, OR
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7+ years of specific experience and 2-3+ years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree

Pay

Salary: $78,624 - $98,280 plus annual target bonus
