QC/QA Inspector II
About the role
A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader in Worcester, MA is seeking a detail‑oriented QA‑QC Inspector II for a 2nd shift role (Sunday‑Thursday, 2:00 PM‑10:30 PM). This onsite opportunity focuses on performing low‑complexity data reviews, archiving lab records, and supporting quality operations in a fast‑paced GMP environment. The position is a contract role.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine on‑the‑floor and off‑the‑floor reviews of laboratory test data in compliance with GMP regulations.
- Archive data and support administrative duties using the RIMS system, including logbook management and document scanning.
- Conduct data mining projects and manage laboratory records with strict attention to quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, compliant work environment by adhering to procedural and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to achieve daily operational and project targets.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (or High School Diploma with 5+ years of QA/QC experience in pharmaceutical/biologics). Hands‑on experience with EMPOWER and A280 / Solo VPE instrumentation. Demonstrated background working within a fast‑paced GMP environment. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred: Experience with LIMS systems.

Pay
Salary range: $25.00 – $28.77 per hour. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Schedule
2nd shift: Sunday‑Thursday, 2:00 PM‑10:30 PM. (Also noted work hours: 9 to 5.)
