QC Lead

About the role

This role will control quality throughout the West facility for our complex shapes and ammunition product lines and support other general quality tasks.

Responsibilities

• Detail-oriented
• Very deep understanding of the West Facilities system
• Process improvement and optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Liaise with various departments to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate in a centralized command, decentralized execution environment
• Handle pressure, confidently communicate, and use data to drive decision-making
• Identify and resolve problems as early as possible in the production process

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen
• Meet DFAR and ITAR employment requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in quality
• Experience with heavy machinery safety procedures
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience

Schedule

On-site position
No travel requirements
Schedule: Monday- Friday (occasional weekends)
8-6 pm. This position will require a more flexible schedule and overtime based on operational requirements.
