QC Lab Technician

Job Title: QC Lab Technician Location: Riverside, California Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $22 per hour Work Model: Onsite Hours: 3 AM- 11:30 AMResponsibilitiesTest raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specificationsFollow all safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policiesReport quality control results promptly and communicate findings to plant managementEnter QC data and maintain quality recordsCollect and review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for incoming raw materialsMonitor and track laboratory equipment calibrationMaintain inventory of laboratory supplies and chemicalsAssist with sample shipmentsParticipate as an active member of the production team representing Quality ControlSupport special projects related to safety, efficiency, and corporate initiativesLearn and understand plant processes and controls impacting product qualityMaintain laboratory housekeeping standards and organizationEnsure laboratories are stocked with testing materials and equipmentIdentify and report unsafe conditions within the plantPerform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager and QC ManagementRequirementsAssociate degree OR high school diploma with 1-3 years of quality control testing experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong math and computer skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelFamiliarity with SAP preferredStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentMust be authorized to work in the United StatesSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
