About the role

Shift is Sunday through Wednesday, 6 am to 4:30 pm. Lab experience preferred.

• Perform QC sample receipt, sample processing, and sample distribution for testing and storage.
• Perform cryo sample transfer from -80°C to LN₂ storage.
• Gather metric information for use in continuous improvement of areas of responsibility.
• Perform 5S, audit checklists, and standard works in the lab.
• Maintain Right the First Time and a “0” OSHA recordable goal in the lab.
• Participate and support ad-hoc projects or other duties as needed.
• Shift hours are flexible within seven days each week.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work with dry ice and LN₂ freezers.
• Additional duties as assigned; these duties can be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.

Requirements

• AA Degree with 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology or similar manufacturing cGMP, or High School Degree with 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology or similar manufacturing cGMP.
• Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and timeliness.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for a collaborative work environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based on changing priorities.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $55,930.00 - $72,380.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
