Schedule

1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, in-process, outsourcing, and final inspections.
  • Verify part counts, serial numbers, certifications, and customer requirements.
  • Review travelers, routing instructions, and production documentation.
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Identify, document, and help resolve nonconformances.
  • Support production teams with quality-related questions and issues.
  • Complete inspection records, certifications, and quality documentation.
  • Validate outside processing documentation and certifications.
  • Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Help drive quality, process consistency, and on-time delivery.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of quality inspection experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Good computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job-related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.

Due to government regulation, only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role.
