What You Will Achieve

• Serve as a key resource and potentially lead lower-level team members within your area of expertise.

• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping, participate in Continuous Improvement projects, and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures, while providing training and conducting peer reviews.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Applicant must have HS Diploma or GED and 8 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Chemistry or other related Science) with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications in the relevant areas, if applicable.
• Ability to write clear technical documents.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Incoming Material inspection experience with components, AQL Inspection, Defect Recognition.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity.

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Stand up for up to 8 hours, sit for up to 8 hours, walking, climbing stairs.
• Responding to visual warning indicators, audible warning indicators, color or special visual indicators.
• Wear specialized protective clothing (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves, face shield/goggles, apron).
• Repetitive use of upper extremities.
• May have to lift objects approximately 10 pounds.

Schedule

Individual will be expected to work nonstandard schedule as needed to support the business objectives. There are no out of the ordinary travel or shift requirements associated with the position.

Pay

The salary for this position ranges from $25.88 to $43.14 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
