Quality Assurance

Ensure the quality of produce goods (Garments Accessories)

Ensuring the entire quality of product as per customer requirement as well as the quality management system standard requirement.

Ensuring proper inspection and testing as per standard from receipt till dispatch of all materials from RM to Finished Goods.

Ensuring the product test according to the buyer requirements.

Responsible for proper handling of customer complaints, customer’s audit, measuring customer satisfaction level regarding root cause analysis, corrective & preventive action.

Reporting

Prepare and submit monthly quality report to reporting and ensure quality related information.

To maintain & keep record all quality report as per SOP for buyer audit.

Product Supply

Ensure supply of quality product to customer as per customer’s requirements.

Holding production batch in case of any nonconforming product identified till review and disposition of the same.

Quality Improvement

To ensure consistent product quality and improve product quality by using Statistical Techniques and analysis.

Documentation and Reporting

To follow-up & keep record IPQC report.

To follow-up Final Inspection dept. AQL process.

To make & submit quality feedback report daily, weekly, monthly & yearly.

Communication and Support

To mail corresponding with others department any quality issue & customer claim issue.

To collect buyer approved sample card after sample developed as per buyer requirement.

To give urgent quality inventory support as buyer requirement.

To follow-up buyer urgent requirement.

To follow up & solve the customer claim issue.

To solve any quality department issue as soon as possible.

Requirements

Experience: 8-10 years
