About the role

The Quality Control Electrician plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality services in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy projects. As part of a company committed to excellence and employee well-being, this position focuses on delivering consistent quality across all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts Quality inspections for layout, conduit systems, lighting systems, and control systems.
  • Reviews construction documents to identify potential quality issues.
  • Analyzes startup/commissioning schedules and upcoming tasks.
  • Trains and coaches employees on job site quality and commissioning procedures.
  • Completes Project Expectations Reviews with project leadership and provides feedback.
  • Collects and analyzes data for Short Circuit Arc Flash Studies.
  • Participates in the Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years of field experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
  • Flexible work schedule between 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

  • Proficiency in electrical systems and construction practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May include flexible scheduling, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
