About the role
Responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples through laboratory analytical testing.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing on lab samples including raw materials, finished products, process equipment, and environmental samples; utilize equipment such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, and IR.
- Prepare solutions and reagents, maintain laboratory areas, and participate in internal/external quality audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues, and stay informed on regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Food Science, or Biology) with academic lab experience, or an Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in a GMP/FDA-regulated environment. Must have strong documentation, organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently, demonstrate problem-solving, and take ownership of tasks. Proficiency with laboratory and computer systems including SAP, Microsoft Office, and analytical software. Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
