QC Associate - Water Quality Group Leader (Weekend Shift)

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations.
• Implement and oversee cross-training initiatives.
• Foster team morale, teamwork, and utilize reward and recognition programs.
• Develop and maintain effective, trusting work and customer relationships.
• Meet with clients regularly to build loyal customer relationships.
• Lead, schedule, and train employees in a client-facing environment.
• Perform lab testing and support for all laboratory assays.
• Lead sample collection and manage sample logistics for testing.
• Review lab testing results.
• Assist with writing, review, and editing of documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific concentration.
• Experience with TOC and conductivity testing preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.

Schedule

Full-time, 4 days × 10 hours (Friday–Monday, 8 AM–6 PM) with overtime as needed.
