QC Analyst 3 - Cell Therapy

About the role

Join our Quality Control team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of life-changing therapies. You will contribute to testing and analysis that supports drug product manufacturing and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing for in-process, lot release, and stability samples
• Analyze and review laboratory data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Document results and investigations in quality systems
• Support method transfers, qualifications, and laboratory projects
• Identify deviations and contribute to root cause investigations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines
• Train and mentor junior analysts as needed

Requirements

• Average of 5 years of experience in quality control or laboratory environments
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
