QBO and Omni Experts | $34/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel chat support to SMB owners.
• Answer general help questions and complex, data-heavy accounting queries.
• Support bookkeeping and financial guidance using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate and actionable responses.
• Complete PPT-based or structured tasks as assigned.
• Maintain high standards of data privacy, compliance, and client confidentiality.

Requirements

• Active user of QuickBooks Online.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
• Able to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions.
• Prior experience as an SMB business owner with hands-on accounting knowledge is preferred.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Previous engagement as an expert in finance/accounting domain.
• Comfortable managing high-volume, data-heavy queries.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
