Core responsibilities

• Create reservations
• Quote fares
• Issue tickets
• Liaise with airline personnel
• Ensure maximum support to passengers
• Immediate attention to queries
• Clearance and dispute of ADM’s
• Special handling requests
• Other issues

Requirements

• Tertiary, trade or vocational qualification
• At least three years experience in a customer service role within the travel industry
• Reservations and ticketing knowledge
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of IATA BSP ticketing
