Responsible for overseeing project quality and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure project adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks affecting project quality.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on quality management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and quality assurance.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
