QAPC Lab Technician
Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze samples from production, innovation teams, and special projects.
- Safely execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings.
- Organize and store all chemical substances, fluids, and compressed gases according to safety instructions.
- Accurately document all data and results in specified forms, both paper and electronic.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and assist in ordering supplies.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, orderly environment.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Lab Technician or relevant position.
- Experience in operating electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment and handling potentially dangerous substances such as flammable liquids, acids, and bases.
- Knowledge of SHE systems, preventative measures, and laboratory best practices.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel), database systems, and Teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
- Degree in biology, chemistry, or a relevant field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with quality control processes.
- Background in laboratory best practices.

This is a Contract position based out of Goose Creek, SC.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
