About the Role

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global ERP strategy, roadmap, and governance model aligned to business priorities
• Own end-to-end ERP lifecycle including implementation, optimization, and sustainment across global operations
• Lead enterprise ERP transformation initiatives, including large-scale deployments and system upgrades
• Partner with business leaders to standardize global processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations
• Drive change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful ERP utilization
• Establish and lead a high-performing global ERP organization, including internal teams and external partners
• Oversee ERP AMS vendors, system integrators, and strategic technology partners
• Implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance across multi-site, multi-region environments
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions that enable operational efficiency and growth
• Champion continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and maximize ERP value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in ERP leadership roles within manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Proven experience leading global ERP implementations (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms)
• Demonstrated success driving enterprise transformation, change management, and process standardization
• Experience managing cross-functional, multi-site, and global teams
• Strong leadership experience with direct responsibility for building and developing high-performing teams
• Experience with QAD ERP
• Lean Six Sigma certification or strong background in continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience in both process and discrete manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with ITIL and ERP support operating models
• Up to 40% international travel
