QA Tester
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute Automated Test Suites Across Multiple Environments
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing needs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Design and implement testing strategies and methodologies for web applications
- Develop, document, and maintain functional, integration, security, and load/stress testing procedures
- Identify, analyze, and report defects and issues promptly, and work with the development team to resolve them
- Document and deliver an approach for automated acceptance testing, integration/regression testing, all new applications, and all new capabilities
- Develop new and/or maintain existing automated scripts developed in Selenium (Web based, Desktop, Mobile, API, and Database)
- Develop scenarios using Java, Selenium, and Selenium WebDriver
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data
- Drive test automation best practices across the organization
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's in a relevant discipline and 4+ years of experience in software testing and Quality Assurance.
- Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Proficiency with Test automation frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber
- Strong knowledge of networking and operating systems
- Experience working in a high op-temp, top secret environment
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proficiency in conducting end-to-end testing of large or complex information systems
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
- Candidate must possess an active DOD TS/SCI.
- May be asked to obtain CI Poly in future

This position is fully on-site. The Automation Tester will join a high-impact program, focused on building and maintaining automated testing frameworks for mission-critical applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing tests to ensure the quality and functionality of systems as well as documenting test results and collaborating with development teams to resolve any identified issues.
