SciTec is seeking a Quality Assurance / Test Lead for large software system providing value for an emergent missile defense need. Responsibilities Support planning and execution of system integration and verification activities Develop and refine test strategies, plans, and methodologies aligned with program objectives Execute and support system-level test events, including integration, functional, and performance testing Identify verification gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive resolution Analyze system performance against requirements and document test results Collaborate with software, systems, infrastructure, and program teams to ensure integrated system readiness Support coordination with government and contractor stakeholders to align integration and test activities Provide recommendations to improve verification rigor, efficiency, and consistency Support preparation for internal and external reviews, assessments, and demonstrations Contribute to continuous improvement of integration and test processes across programs Derive metrics and acceptance criteria for system-level and acceptance-level testing from program requirements Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience supporting system integration, test, or verification activities in a defense or complex systems environment Experience with system-level verification and validation (V&V) Experience with the four layers of testing in the software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience developing or executing test plans and test procedures Ability to analyze system behavior against requirements, derived test criteria, and document results Strong understanding of integration environments and test workflows Experience collaborating across technical teams and stakeholders Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance Candidates who have any of the following skills will be preferred: A current active DoD SECRET security clearance or higher Experience contributing to verification strategy development Experience supporting Missile Warning, space, or similar mission systems Experience working across multiple programs or system components Experience supporting customer-facing test events or demonstrations Experience in Agile or hybrid development environments Resumes, Cover Letters, and Applications which are generated by AI will not be considered for employment.
