Responsibilities

• Product & Process Verification
  • Knows ALPLA bottle terminology
  • Conducts bottle testing and understands customer specifications
  • Performs routine quality checks
  • Completes equipment verifications
  • Performs line clearance process
• Quality Systems & Documentation
  • Properly completes paperwork and standards (basic)
  • Navigates document management system
  • Understands IMS basics
  • Understands OPEX basics
  • Completes COA review and preparation
• Data Management and Analytical Tools
  • Understands CAQ basics
  • Understands statistics basic and/or intermediate as required by location
• Nonconforming Product & Problem Solving
  • Manages internal and external defective products
  • Understands AQL and sampling plans
  • Understands problem solving basics
  • Participates in RCAs
• Performance Metrics
  • On-time completion of assigned training
  • Pass Gauge R&R evaluations
  • Acceptable performance on data integrity audits
  • Departmental goals as assigned

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment (preferred)
• Skills: Computer basics, passing ALPLA assessment scores, ability to work well with others, good decision-making with minimal supervision, ability to multi-task, good organizational skills
