Responsibilities
- Product & Process Verification
- Knows ALPLA bottle terminology
- Conducts bottle testing and understands customer specifications
- Performs routine quality checks
- Completes equipment verifications
- Performs line clearance process
- Quality Systems & Documentation
- Properly completes paperwork and standards (basic)
- Navigates document management system
- Understands IMS basics
- Understands OPEX basics
- Completes COA review and preparation
- Data Management and Analytical Tools
- Understands CAQ basics
- Understands statistics basic and/or intermediate as required by location
- Nonconforming Product & Problem Solving
- Manages internal and external defective products
- Understands AQL and sampling plans
- Understands problem solving basics
- Participates in RCAs
- Performance Metrics
- On-time completion of assigned training
- Pass Gauge R&R evaluations
- Acceptable performance on data integrity audits

Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment (preferred)
- Skills: Computer basics, passing ALPLA assessment scores, ability to work well with others, good decision-making with minimal supervision, ability to multi-task, good organizational skills
