About the role
The Role: QA Technician
What You’ll Do
- General facility upkeep/maintenance which may entail: Floor repair such as carpet, VCT & Gerflor tiles.
- Wall repair/ patching, texturing & painting.
- Repairing damaged baseboards and corer guards.
- Bulb replacements inside and outside T-SCIFs.
- Maintaining the Switch standard in all areas.
- Maintaining materials handling and installation.
- Facility set-up (Client cage) per defined company standards.
- Perform regular cage audits to existing clients.
- Maintain T-SCIF cleanliness and organization of defined space.
- Communicate with the warehouse and coordinate stock deliveries.
- Use of basic warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift).
- May at times assist with Facility Maintenance tasks.

What You'll Bring
- Experience with organization and spatial layout.
- A demonstrated ability for dimensional measurement.
- Able to read and understand schematics related to space layout.
- Excellent attention to detail, presentation and customer service skills.
- Able to solve problems with good initiative and sound judgement.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work alone or with team members.
- Excellent communication skills with team members, management and customers.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in production, facilities, mechanical maintenance or relevant field.
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors while utilizing environmental safety practices.
- Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to regularly stand, walk, bend, use hands, carry supplies, operate power tools, perform work on a ladder and have specific vision abilities to include close and distance vision.
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors while utilizing environmental safety practices in order to perform exterior facility work as needed.
