QA Technical Analyst

About the role

Euronet Worldwide is hiring a QA Technical Analyst to join our Software Solutions team in Little Rock. In this role, you’ll collaborate with software developers and architects, test applications, analyze results, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our Implementation and Customer Support teams. If you’re naturally curious, technically minded, and energized by solving problems others might miss, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks, including testing, proofreading documentation, and assisting with technical documentation.
• Design and execute test plans and cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Record and document results and compare to expected results.
• Identify software failures so that effects can be documented and corrective action taken.
• Document and report issues; track issue resolution.
• Participate in application planning meetings.
• Research and analyze reported bugs and provide detailed information for development.
• Provide guidance and assistance in development of product-level documentation.
• Create specifications on small enhancement projects for use by developers and documentation team.
• Provide in-house and customer-related support as needed or requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years' experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing.
• Experience in problem/issue identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
• Excellent analytical and organization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Infrastructure experience with AWS, Windows, Linux, and Containerization.
• MySQL, MariaDB, and Oracle Database experience.
• Strong written and oral communications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payment processing.
• Prior experience in payment processing or ATM handling.
• JavaScript, PHP, SQL, Bash Scripting, XML, Linux/Unix Scripting experience.
