QA Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a QA Systems Analyst in Miami, FL. This position supports the daily operations of the QA Systems Department by assisting department leaders in tracking, maintaining, and entering information in data management systems. The role is responsible for ensuring databases and timeliness of the product approval processes dictated by the company’s clients.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing upcoming approvals for all Brands and assisting items flow through the approval process with Client Teams.
• Determining when to escalate tasks with higher priority to the attention of the QA Managers/Suppliers based on timelines.
• System Support: Password resets/system training as needed by Suppliers/Distributors or other stakeholders.
• Incidents:
  • Reviewing Qualtrics (guest reported) Incidents, determining the responsible party, and deciding whether to capture the incident in the client’s system for action.
  • Opening incidents from PDF-submitted reports and making final determinations on the responsible party, impacting Distribution or Supplier scorecards.
  • Making judgment calls on escalating incidents that may require further action.
  • Processing Brand-Specific Incidents submitted by Restaurants.
  • Sending daily communication to Distribution Centers to ensure they meet the 5-day timeline per client requirements and training contacts on system processes.
• FreshDesk Ticket Management: Handling all ad hoc tickets submitted through FreshDesk.
• GAP Audits: Setting up Raw Material suppliers when Suppliers have completed GAP Audits.
• Brand’s Approvals: Working closely with brand cross-functional teams on upcoming projects/launches and sending follow-ups to track approvals.
• Other related duties/projects specific to the local business.

Requirements

• BS in a related field with 2 years of experience.
• High level of problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data.
• Methodical and logical approach.
• Ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Work Environment

Office environment with moderate noise (e.g., computers, phones, printers, and light traffic). Must have the ability to work at a computer station for extended periods.
