About the role
Join our dedicated team as a QA-SDC-IP Nurse, where your leadership drives the highest standards of care at Highland Ridge Rehab Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance (QA): Monitor, audit, and enhance clinical systems to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Staff Development Coordinator (SDC): Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and onboarding for nursing staff.
- Infection Preventionist (IP): Lead infection control efforts, maintain compliance with CDC & CMS guidelines, and promote a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Current RN license (VA)
- 2+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care
- Certification or experience in Infection Control & Staff Education preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

$95,000-$105,000 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)
