QA Specialist- Thomaston, GA 1st Shift

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments
• Resolve production issues and ensure efficient workflow
• Train new employees on production procedures

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of quality control and production processes

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license required
