QA / Security Test Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced QA Test Engineer to support a large-scale healthcare cloud migration program. This role will focus on application, infrastructure, security, and cutover testing as systems move from on-premises environments to Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional, integration, performance, and security test plans
• Support application and infrastructure migration testing across multiple waves
• Perform cutover, rollback, and parallel-environment testing
• Validate data integrity, system integrations, and security controls
• Manage defects and support go/no-go readiness decisions
• Maintain test documentation and compliance evidence
• Partner with QA, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience
• Experience with data center or cloud migrations, preferably on‑prem → Azure
• Infrastructure/security testing experience
• Healthcare or other regulated‑industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with test automation tools/frameworks
• Strong defect management and test documentation experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have: Azure experience/certification and experience with formal governance or security review processes
