What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, update, deploy, train and successfully implement the E2 Optics Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure project quality aligns with industry and customer standards.
- Plan, coordinate, collaborate, and partner with internal and external parties to support the successful execution within the framework of the E2 Optics QMS and foster continuous improvement activities.
- Support the sharing, anchoring, and training of the quality system elements at other relevant sites across the program.
- Promote E2 Core Values to foster and safeguard a family-centric culture.
- Implement and deploy the E2 Optics QMS in accordance with the program structure across the site and assist other program sites as requested.
- Train and coach QA/QC Coordinators and internal employees to integrate quality initiatives into the daily workstream.
- Collaborate with program representatives to coordinate and integrate applicable quality specifications and expectations into both the E2 QMS and client’s quality program.
- Develop and implement QA/QC structure and tools to promote a quality awareness culture.
- Partner with field staff for successful implementation and execution.
- Ensure Quality Assurance standards are developed and disseminated to relevant stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- Achieved Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Coordination, or similar; equivalent experience may substitute.
- 2 to 4 years’ field experience in new build installations and testing fiber, data center structure cabling.
- BICSI certifications (TE350 Technician, RTPM).
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and relevant software platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and collaborative skills.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism with ability to engage effectively to build rapport across all employee levels; management, staff, customers, vendors, contractors, and others.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling.
- The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet.
- Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so.
- The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
