QA/QC Manager – HVAC & Plumbing Construction

About the role

The QA/QC Manager – HVAC & Plumbing Construction oversees quality control processes in construction projects focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality control standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures.
• Train team members on quality assurance and quality control practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control and management roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
