QA/QC Manager – Data Center Construction (Controls / Electrical / Procore)

About the role

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality control and assurance processes in the construction of data centers, focusing on controls, electrical, and Procore projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality standards in all phases of data center construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control procedures and results.
• Ensure all team members are trained on quality assurance protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control in construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Procore software and its integration with construction projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with data center construction and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to data center construction.
