QA/QC Manager, Data Center

A Day In The Life Develop and implement project-specific quality management plans for data center constructionEstablish inspection and testing procedures aligned with contract documents and owner standardsPerform regular site inspections to verify complianceCoordinate with project teams to track, document, and close quality issuesReview submittals and installation methods for compliance with quality requirementsLead quality audits across trades, with emphasis on MEP and mission-critical systemsMaintain detailed quality documentation and reportingTrain project teams and subcontractors on quality expectationsAct as the project authority on quality-related matters Necessary Qualifications 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for mission-critical constructionDirect experience on data center or highly technical projectsStrong understanding of construction means and methods, especially MEP systemsExperience developing and enforcing quality management plansAbility to read and interpret construction documents and specificationsWillingness to travel or be site-based as requiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field What We Can Offer You At ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset – our team.
