Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive inspections to align with project plans, technical specifications, and relevant project documentation.
- Foster a clean and safe work environment, enforcing safety protocols.
- Effectively address quality issues through corrective actions.
- Prepare and deliver project reports as per project specifications.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and perform quality calibrations.
- Interpret project specifications and plans, collaborating with project management.
- Engage in inspections with government agencies, promoting a cooperative and compliant approach.
- Develop project submittals that meet specifications and plans.
- Perform additional tasks as directed.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of quality assurance and control experience.
- Knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards.
- In-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and quality control standards.
- Ability to interpret instructions, both written, spoken, or in diagrams.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Highly proactive and responsive to internal and external customers.
- Able to work with all levels of management.
