QA/QC Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce robust quality management systems tailored for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes.
• Manage QA/QC procedures including creation and distribution of checklists, inspections, punch lists, and detailed reports.
• Utilize client or company-mandated platforms to manage quality-related functions such as checklists and issue tracking.
• Monitor existing quality control programs; conduct comprehensive audits; oversee construction activities to ensure alignment with project standards.
• Proactively identify issues that impede efficiency; implement solutions to reduce defects; track and report on quality metrics across various projects.
• Provide mentorship to Project Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents; build high-performing teams dedicated to project excellence.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors ensuring all parties align with the overarching quality objectives.
• Maintain meticulous records of inspections and audits; ensure thorough reporting by internal staff and third-party inspectors.
• Strengthen client trust through demonstrated commitment to delivering top-tier quality in every project phase.
