About the role

The QA Lead, Quality Systems (Cell Therapy) is responsible for overseeing the quality management systems within the cell therapy department. They ensure compliance with regulatory standards and conduct audits to maintain high-quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and implement corrective actions plans based on audit findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes
• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Quality Management, Biotechnology, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role
• Experience with GMP guidelines and regulations
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and auditing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
