QA Lead - Contract - Remote - LATAM

About the role

Signify have partnered with a billion dollar manufacturing business that spans software, industrial builds and data center manufacturing. They are looking for an AI native, QA Lead to build automations frameworks from the ground up. This is a remote, contract position with a 6‑month rolling term.

Responsibilities

• Build a greenfield quality engineering practice across software and data analytics
• Act as a hands‑on player‑coach: own the QA strategy, select tools, and embed automated testing into CI/CD
• Put AI at the centre: drive AI‑generated tests, self‑healing automation, and AI‑assisted defect triage

Requirements

• Proven experience building or transforming QA practices
• AI‑native mindset with ability to turn AI ideas into practical improvements

Skills

• Test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress)
• AI‑assisted test generation (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• AI‑assisted testing tools (e.g., mabl, Testim)
• Data quality tooling (e.g., Great Expectations, dbt)
• Experience with Azure DevOps and UiPath experimentation
