QA Lab Analyst

About the role
Perform analytical testing on in-process samples and finished products to support product release. Prepare reagents and solutions required for laboratory testing. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment. Accurately record, analyze, and communicate test results. Apply aseptic techniques and investigate potential contamination sources. Support internal and external stakeholders with quality-related inquiries. Participate in laboratory investigations, problem-solving, and troubleshooting activities. Follow and maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, safety, and hygiene requirements. Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards including ISO, HACCP, GMP, Kosher, and Halal.

Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing laboratory environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership in daily tasks
Qualifications
- Experience working in QA/QC within a biotechnology or manufacturing laboratory environment
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GMP, HACCP, or ISO
- Experience with microbiological testing and contamination investigations
