About the role

The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. They will also be involved in manual testing to ensure the quality of the software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test cases using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Execute test cases to identify defects and bugs in the software.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and maintainability.

Requirements

• Experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience in API testing using Rest Assured or Postman.
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in QA Automation.
