QA Inspector - Electronics Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in daily work assignments and prioritization, act as supervisor back-up
• Using familiarity with IPC-A-610 REV H, inspect in-process and finished articles
• Use naked eye, microscope and X RAY to perform 1st Article and final inspections
• Apply IPC 610 REV H guidelines and customer requirements, determine true defects that impact form/fit/function or customer described requirements
• Rout defects for rework; re-inspect
• Communicate trends/areas of concern to Quality Supervisor
• Execute AOI inspections as needed
• Complete inspection documentation as required

Requirements

• Computer literacy
• Must read/write English
• IPC-A-610 knowledge; must be able to demonstrate past certification or on the job training to equate. Must have performed PCBA inspection in the last 2 years.
