QA Engineer - US Remote

Core Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases
• Document defects clearly
• Write automation scripts
• Apply API testing tools
• Integrate tests in CI/CD
• Understand system under test
• Execute assigned test plans
• Write own test plans
• Manage test coverage
• Manage QA environment integrity

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional QA engineering experience
• Hands-on experience executing test cases and documenting defects clearly
• Experience with test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration
• Understanding of QA methodologies and quality metrics
• Clear written and verbal communication, with a willingness to learn and act on feedback

Preferred

• Experience testing in a HIPAA/HITRUST-regulated healthcare environment
• Performance and security testing experience
• Experience building test frameworks from the ground up
