Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test plans and cases

- Mentor junior QA members
- Manage test data strategies
- Execute performance testing to identify system bottlenecks
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for rapid feedback and deployment gates
- Ensure high-quality product delivery
- Optimize testing processes
- Maintain test environments
- Advocate best practices to support continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of software testing experience with expertise in test automation
- 3+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform
- Proficiency with automation frameworks and programming languages
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Performance testing skills
- Mobile testing experience
- Strong communication skills
