QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead quality engineering initiatives across enterprise applications and platforms. This role requires expertise in automation strategy, scalable test frameworks, CI/CD integration, API testing, and ensuring high-quality software releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of automated test strategies and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable test environments
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery
• Conduct API testing to identify and resolve issues before software release
• Ensure all software releases meet high-quality standards through rigorous testing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in QA engineering
• Proven track record of leading successful QA initiatives
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, Python, etc.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
