QA Datacenter Lead Technician - L2
About the role
Our client is a leading global technology services provider supporting large-scale data center operations and infrastructure projects. They are building a local team to support multiple data center programs, including:
- Fiber infrastructure upgrades and deployments
- Fiber network operations and ticket remediation
- Data center expansion projects, including rack installations, infrastructure deployments, and other construction and technology build activities
These environments support a high volume of ongoing work, averaging 13-16 project builds per month.
We are seeking a Senior Data Center QA Technician Level 2 with a strong data center background to oversee and validate the quality of infrastructure deployments and project work within assigned facilities. This individual will serve as the primary Quality Assurance resource for their designated market, ensuring all installations, builds, and operational activities meet established standards, documentation requirements, and customer expectations.

Requirements
- Strong data center background
- Experience with QA work in data center environments
- Experience with fiber infrastructure
- Experience with rack and stack operations
- Intermediate experience level
- Ability to travel locally to various data centers (up to 4 different datacenters in market)

Pay
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Schedule & location
Contract position, fully onsite in Clarksville, TN. Local travel required to various data centers within the market (up to 4 locations). Position anticipated to close on Oct 31, 2026.
