Job Responsibilities

• Create Bill of Quantities based on design drawings, Autocad/Revit, BIM 3D and working drawings
• Make a project unit price analysis to the management (RAB + RAP)
• Report on cost estimate to the management
• Update unit price data for civil works, and MEPs
• Create sub-work packages (mapping, volume) to request quotes from vendors and suppliers.
• Controlling that purchase orders to vendors are in accordance with the specified budget
• Prepare technical documents and tender admin
• Create a project schedule plan and implementation methodology
• Checking and correcting project RAPs
• Evaluate and audit field taking volume
• Archiving tender documents, RAP archives and project evaluations

Qualification

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in a Civil contractor or MEP, especially Project Data Center
• Can read working drawings, calculate volume and make unit price analysis
• Mastery of material specifications, material prices and following construction/Interior developments
• Able to make Bill of Quantities and RAB Variation
• Able to operate Autocad, Ms Word, Excel, SAP, ETABS
• Integrity, able to work under pressure and able to complete work on-time, able to work independently and in a team
• Able to communicate well, honest, disciplined, thorough, dexterous
