Purpose (Objective)
We are looking for a QA Commercialization Supervisor - Poultry in 5707 Waterford District Dr, Miami, FL 33126 USA. Your mission will be to:
- Manage the quality complaints reported by Restaurants and Guests.
- Visit Suppliers to assess the compliance to the specification of products received.
- Provide technical support and clarification of quality expectations defined by approved specifications to Suppliers.
- Cookordination with the testing lab the compliance to agreed Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs).
- Elaborate reports to present the compliance performance of the products to RBI QA Managers.
- Other related duties as needed.
Main Activities

Communication
- Internal Interlocutors: Our Client's in (Miami, Oakville and Gainesville RS)
- External Interlocutors: Our client's QA Team Members.
Profile
- Knowledge Profile: BS / BA Degree (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 3 years of Poultry Plant Experience.
- Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other reporting and organizational tools. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to see color, lift up to 50 pounds, ability to taste and smell. Competencies in attention to detail, building trusting relationships, communication skills, customer focus, planning and organizing, quality orientation, time management.
- Management: None
- Work Environment: Office environment with moderate noise (i.e. computers, phones, printers and light traffic). Must have the ability to work at a computer station for an extended period. Visits to clients’ facilities may be required including production facilities and the incumbent must adhere to all requirements outlined in their health and safety protocols. The incumbent will also be working in a kitchen environment where exposure to kitchen hazards such as sharp objects, hot surfaces, slippery floors, and other typical dangers will be common. The incumbent is required to wear safety equipment that includes eye protection, gloves, and laboratory coat.

$60000 - $70000
