QA Automation Tester (W2)

About the role

The QA Automation Tester will serve as the primary QA tester for a critical internal application used across retail stores. The role involves both mobile front‑end testing and backend web testing, evaluating automation opportunities, and designing solutions for those opportunities. This is a 12‑month onsite position in Grand Rapids, MI.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary QA tester for the internal retail application.
• Perform end‑to‑end testing of mobile front‑end and backend web components.
• Identify, evaluate, and solution automation opportunities.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end test activities for larger teams and projects.
• Collaborate with multiple product teams in an enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience in both automated and manual testing.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile testing and web back‑end testing.
• Demonstrated ability to follow and enforce strong QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Senior‑level expertise in end‑to‑end automated testing.
• Proven experience working across multiple product teams within an enterprise setting.
